The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knell comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Knell throws a right hand that misses
and Simunic counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Death Knell has been cut.
Simunic misses with an uppercut. Knell saw that one coming.
Knell connects with a body shot.
Simunic seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Knell misses with a hook.
A quick step to the side and Simunic tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Simunic takes one to the chin there.
Knell throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Knell takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Simunic steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Knell.
Simunic staying out of range there.
Death Knell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Simunic misses with a wild body shot.
Knell throws a looping overhand right but Simunic ducks down to avoid it.
Knell connects with a jab.

Knell decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Simunic bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Knell tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Simunic was well out of range. Poor timing from Knell.

Simunic uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Knell has time to react.
