The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santos throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Santos moves to clinch but Mangold breaks away
and Santos takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mangold scores with a leg kick.

Santos is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Mangold with a body shot.

We've been informed that Santos has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Santos throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Mangold on the side of the head.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Mangold throws the left hand but Santos avoids the punch easily.

Mangold takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Mangold lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Santos tries to circle away but Mangold has him pinned against the ropes.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Chest Mangold will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.

Santos uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mangold.
The crowd cheers as Santos lands an impressive looking overhand right. Mangold doesn't seem phased though.
Santos lands a jab-cross combination.
Mangold drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Santos right on the button. Santos goes down! Mangold follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Mangold gets the win via TKO!
