The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott avoids a punch combination nicely.
Liddell throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Scott.
It looks like Sam Scott has been cut.
A punch combination from Liddell misses.
A combination from Liddell does no damage.
Scott tries for a takedown but Liddell sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Liddell keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Liddell misses with a few strikes there.

Chuck Liddell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Liddell lands with a big left! Scott is wobbled badly! Liddell comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Scott to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
