Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Balin Trollslayer (ranked 334 p4p, 282 weight class) and Maro Pjetlic (ranked 46 p4p, 41 weight class). Pjetlic has chosen Legend as his entrance music. Maro Pjetlic has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Balin Trollslayer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 12 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Maro Pjetlic! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Sam Margolis and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Trollslayer is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Trollslayer gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Trollslayer is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Pjetlic gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Trollslayer is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. I was talking to Trollslayer's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. Trollslayer is looking for a takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Balin Trollslayer. That's going to take a lot out of him. Trollslayer has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Pjetlic avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Pjetlic's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Pjetlic changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Pjetlic lands with a nice body punch. Trollslayer on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Trollslayer is breathing heavily. Pjetlic tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Trollslayer was well out of range. Poor timing from Pjetlic. Trollslayer has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Trollslayer there as he acknowledges the shot. Pjetlic sizes up Trollslayer with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Pjetlic is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Pjetlic connects with a jab. Nice cross by Pjetlic. Pjetlic displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Trollslayer throws out the jab. A left lands for Pjetlic.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pjetlic thuds his right hand into Trollslayer's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Trollslayer is rocked! Pjetlic lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Trollslayer out cold! Trollslayer is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Maro Pjetlic! During a confident post fight interview, Maro Pjetlic thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
