Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Berry Maldusa (ranked 3746 p4p, 24192 weight class) and Mason Marmot (ranked 464 p4p, 616 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Berry Maldusa!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mason Marmot !
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Donald Grub and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maldusa throws a right and a left that Marmot avoids nicely.
Marmot walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Maldusa throws a head kick but Marmot moves out of range.
Maldusa looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Maldusa tries to bum rush Marmot with a series of wild strikes but Marmot uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Marmot takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Marmot slaps away a takedown attempt from Maldusa, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Maldusa connects with a good right hand that stumbles Marmot . Marmot circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Maldusa wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

That was a close round but I would say that Berry Maldusa will probably get the nod.

I really don't envy Maldusa right now.

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Let's hope that Marmot has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
