Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jallu Pesonen (ranked 1714 p4p, 2003 weight class) and Marcus Aurelius (ranked 185 p4p, 209 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Pesonen might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to DJ Orkidea - Joutsenlaulu. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marcus Aurelius!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aurelius's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Pesonen connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Aurelius scrambles back to his feet.
Pesonen closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Aurelius escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Pesonen fails with the takedown.
Aurelius misses with a looping right.
Pesonen throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Aurelius.
Aurelius swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Pesonen reaches up to try and control the position but Aurelius seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Pesonen rolls and tries to escape and now Aurelius has his back!
Aurelius has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Pesonen has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Aurelius doesn't have the hooks in and Pesonen manages to turn into his guard.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Jallu Pesonen will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Pesonen lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Marcus Aurelius really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that FinnFighter Nutrition (Five 160Q supps!) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
