Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Aleksander Kawulski (ranked 378 p4p, 730 weight class) and Uniesky Santaban (ranked 58 p4p, 110 weight class). Kawulski comes to the cage accompanied by DMX - Slippin. Uniesky Santaban has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Uniesky Santaban!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Santaban. Kawulski does a little dance to reset his feet.
Santaban throws a hook to the side of Kawulski's head but Kawulski sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Santaban rushes Kawulski and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Santaban has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Kawulski off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Kawulski tries to close the distance and clinch but Santaban swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Kawulski counters with a nice double leg into side control. Santaban won't be happy with that.

Santaban tries to lock up and control but Kawulski gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Santaban is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Kawulski fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Santaban looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Kawulski lands a big shot there that rocks Santaban but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Kawulski postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Santaban looks a forlorn figure.

Kawulski looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Kawulski postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Santaban badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Kawulski around the waist but Kawulski pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Kawulski is the winner by TKO! Kawulski jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
