PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bison Jury (ranked 3865 p4p, 22920 weight class) and Krzysztof Kozlow (ranked 471 p4p, 641 weight class). Jury's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, DMX's Intro - It's Dark and Hell is Hot. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kozlow connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Kozlow is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Jury.

It looks like Krzysztof Kozlow has been cut.
Kozlow moves away from the strike by Jury.
Jury swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Kozlow counters with a stiff right hand.
Kozlow takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Kozlow looks to throw the jab but Jury is out of range.
Bison Jury seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jury fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kozlow looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kozlow connects with a nice looking jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Jury moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Jury connects with a right hand. Kozlow shakes it off.
Kozlow takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Kozlow lands with a hook. Jury tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Jury throws a series of strikes that have Kozlow backpedaling.
Jury misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jury throws a nice looking combination but Kozlow bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Jury throws the left hand but Kozlow avoids the punch easily.
Jury has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

and Kozlow counters with a nice right hand that sends Jury toppling to the canvas! Jury scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Kozlow finish him?!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A lazy left from Jury finds it's target.
Jury is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Kozlow wants to counter the offense by Jury and move into the clinch position.

Kozlow feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Jury sprawling to the canvas! Jury rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kozlow finish him?!

and Kozlow counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
