The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Magomedov bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Reyutok can't do much from the bottom here.
Magomedov controls the position.
Reyutok throws a couple of punches but he's in a bad position and they don't land.
Reyutok struggling a bit here.

Magomedov stands up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Reyutok leaves Magomedov with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Reyutok attempts a counter takedown but Magomedov avoids it well and moves away.

Magomedov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Reyutok eats them both and turns towards Magomedov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Reyutok is trying hard to land a takedown here. Magomedov sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
A little jabbing left from Magomedov on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Magomedov blocks a head kick by Reyutok.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Magomedov is defended easily by Reyutok.

Magomedov decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Reyutok manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Magomedov keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
Magomedov has had enough of the clinch but Reyutok keeps him there for the moment.

Reyutok breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Magomedov is looking for a takedown.

Reyutok jumps guard.

Reyutok escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Magomedov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Magomedov seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Magomedov stands and throws Reyutok's legs to the side, diving into side control.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Reyutok manages to get back to half guard.
Reyutok has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Magomedov is working away from the top position though.
Reyutok wants to improve his position but Magomedov is controlling well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Magomedov takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Magomedov postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.

Reyutok seems a little lost for a moment, as Magomedov dominates the positioning.

Magomedov works to advance to full mount. Reyutok defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
