This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the light heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. And in the blue corner, fighting out of London, with a TWGC record of 6 wins and 1 losses; Dada Segbo! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Felipe Paraventi and Seu Braga.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way. Segbo shoots in but Germano avoids the takedown attempt easily. Germano attempts a counter takedown but Segbo avoids it well and moves away. Germano gets tackled into the cage by Segbo. Segbo maintains the clinch. Germano jumps guard but Segbo turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Segbo drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Segbo gets a trip takedown into half guard. Score +2 for takedown into guard / half guard: Germano (0) vs (2) Segbo Segbo performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Germano gets full guard.
