Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, David Goggins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Nessen!
The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jorge Garcia and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Goggins throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Nessen on the side of the head.
Goggins connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Nessen's hands.
Goggins lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Goggins throws a shot to the body.
Nessen shoots in but no luck this time.
Goggins ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Nessen moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

and Goggins counters with a lovely shot to the body.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Nessen shoots in looking for a takedown but Goggins manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nessen's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
