Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kyle Kristian Galeos!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Galeos fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Peace sprawls well initially but Galeos persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Galeos misses with a head shot. Peace uses the momentum to regain guard.
Galeos pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Peace is keeping the position for now.
Galeos loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Galeos misses with a takedown attempt - Peace sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Peace closes the distance and clinches up with Galeos, looking for a takedown. Peace pushes Galeos against the cage but Galeos circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Galeos changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Galeos throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Galeos throws out a leg kick but Peace moves out of range and Galeos only half commits.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Peace is defended easily by Galeos.

Galeos leaves Peace with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Galeos feints and as Peace raises his hands in defense, Galeos changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Galeos's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Peace dives in and grabs Galeos's left leg, looking for a takedown. Galeos pushes down on Peace's head and hops out.

Kyle Kristian Galeos showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Warran Peace.
Well Galeos has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
