Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Devin Hill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Will Wrecks!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, John Mangel and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill throws a big shot that misses.
Wrecks tries to land a front kick but Hill steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
A big left from Hill misses.
Decent striking displayed by Hill there.
Hill tries to clinch but Wrecks moves out of range.
Wrecks cracks a nice hook into Hill's ribs.

Hill forces Wrecks back against the cage and clinches.
Wrecks avoiding damage as Hill throws knees to the body.
Hill taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

Wrecks breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wrecks misses with a wild body shot.
Hill tests Wrecks's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hill dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hill misses with a few strikes there.
Hill chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Wrecks can pounce on him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Wrecks counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Wrecks looks to land a left hand but Hill moved out of range nicely.
Hill tries to clinch but Wrecks moves away
and Wrecks cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hill fails to land with a series of punches.
Hill throws the left hand but Wrecks avoids the punch easily.
Hill takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Hill throws a body shot but no joy.
Wrecks fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Hill.
Hill will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
It seemed like Wrecks was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Wrecks looks to score with a jab to the body but Hill is just out of range.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Hill throws a right and a left that Wrecks avoids nicely.

Hill has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Hill lands an elbow just above Wrecks 's eye.

It looks like Will Wrecks has been cut.

Hill is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Hill lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wrecks circles away quickly and effectively.

Hill swats away the attempt to clinch by Wrecks.
Hill lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wrecks circles away quickly and effectively.

Hill is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Hill takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Devin Hill will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Will Wrecks's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Hill swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Wrecks counters with a good low kick that Hill was not able to check.
Hill throws a series of punches but Wrecks avoids them all with ease.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Wrecks! But no joy.
Hill lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Wrecks backs up against the cage.
Hill moves out of range as Wrecks strikes.
Hill throws a right and a left that Wrecks avoids nicely.
Hill lands with an overhand left.
Hill throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Wrecks counters with a nice leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hill throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hill moves out of range of the leg kick from Wrecks.
Hill throws a hook but Wrecks blocks it.
Wrecks was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Hill throws an overhand right that lands on Wrecks's shoulder, as Wrecks tries to avoid the shot.
Wrecks misses with a head kick.
Nice shot lands for Wrecks.
Hill throws a body punch but Wrecks moves out of range.
Wrecks swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Wrecks lands a big head kick that sends Hill tumbling to the mat! Wrecks takes a step backwards and waves Hill back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Devin Hill has been cut.

Wrecks drops Hill with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hill looks back up at him and smiles so Wrecks waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Hill is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hill circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Wrecks. Hill falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Wrecks!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:19 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Will Wrecks!
Devin Hill was interviewed post fight and said 'No one likes seeing their opponent's hand raised, but that just means that they were the better man today. My team at 3Band MMA and I will break down this match and make the proper changes for my next camp.'.
