Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Conor McGregor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Killian Mpabbe!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Phil Schofield and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGregor gets a clinch.
Mpabbe is trying to pull guard but McGregor has him pressed against the cage.
McGregor has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Mpabbe avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Mpabbe.
Mpabbe tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. McGregor just stands there and leans against the cage.
Mpabbe tries for a takedown but McGregor manages to get underhooks.
Conor McGregor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Killian Mpabbe.

McGregor is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.

McGregor can't seem to implement his control oriented gameplan at the moment. That's no bad thing of course, for those of us who want to see a good fight.
Mpabbe tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. McGregor just stands there and leans against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mpabbe escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Mpabbe decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
McGregor tries to get to full guard but Mpabbe has control of the leg.

McGregor wants to control but Mpabbe is keeping busy and won't allow it.
McGregor is pressing down on Mpabbe's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
McGregor is trying to push Mpabbe off with his feet but Mpabbe grabs hold of one of the legs and drops back looking for a submission! He's cranking on one of McGregor's ankles and McGregor is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaall over!
