Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kong Cavallier (ranked 4321 p4p, 4825 weight class) and Jackson Smiley (ranked 0 p4p, 520 weight class). Cavallier comes to the cage accompanied by he Young Punx - Ready For The Fight. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Chris Dean and Ben Hemmingworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smiley fails with an attempt to clinch.
Smiley closes the distance and clinches.
Smiley goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Cavallier scores a nice knee to the body.

Cavallier fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Smiley, pushing him back against the cage.

Smiley tries to work over Cavallier's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Smiley manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Smiley lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Kong Cavallier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Smiley counters with a nice double leg into guard.

Smiley stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cavallier swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Kong Cavallier will probably get the nod.

Smiley throws a nice looking combination but Cavallier bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Cavallier lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Cavallier dives in and grabs Smiley's left leg, looking for a takedown. Smiley pushes down on Cavallier's head and hops out.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Smiley enables Cavallier to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Smiley manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

As Smiley looks to move away, Cavallier throws a big counter combo but Smiley just gets out of the way.

Kong Cavallier showed his dominance in that final round.

A less than humble Kong Cavallier misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
