Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bang Lim Jung (ranked 2952 p4p, 4032 weight class) and Dylan Sydal (ranked 0 p4p, 461 weight class). Dylan Sydal is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bang Lim Jung!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Dylan Sydal!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Robert Douchet and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sydal on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Jung avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Sydal misses with a takedown
and Jung cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Jung lands with a cross.
Sydal misses with a jab to the body
and Jung counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Sydal shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Jung is refusing to be controlled, as Sydal sits in half guard.
Sydal thows a huge punch but Jung dodges it nicely.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Jung wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jung desperately trying to maintain half guard.
Sydal wants to control but Jung is keeping him busy.
Jung manages to get to full guard.
Sydal being controlled here momentarily.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Jung throws some sloppy strikes off his back.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Jung cracks Sydal with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Sydal misses with a takedown attempt - Jung sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Sydal tries for a takedown but Jung circles away easily
and Jung counters with a straight right hand.
Bang Lim Jung has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dylan Sydal.
Jung lands a left and a right that send Sydal crashing to the mat, dazed. Jung thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Dylan Sydal has been cut.
Sydal moves to clinch but Jung breaks away
and Jung counters with a straight right hand.
Sydal is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sydal drops his hands momentarily. Jung doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Sydal staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Sydal doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Bang Lim Jung!
