Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Vvv Vvv (ranked 5498 p4p, 5811 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Vvv looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Vvv shoots in but no luck this time.

Sss shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Vvv is trying to defend but Sss finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Sss prevents Vvv from standing back up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vvv is looking to get back to is feet but Sss passes into side control.
Sss staying calm.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Vvv gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Sss to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Sss won't allow Vvv to get back to his feet.

Sss is standing up over Vvv. Vvv looks to escape but Sss dives into side control.
Vvv sneaks back into half guard.
Sss stops Vvv from getting back to his feet.
Sss perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Vvv wants to get back to his feet.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Sss Sss dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Vvv tries for a takedown but Sss sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Sss steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Sss throws a head kick but Vvv moves out of range.
It appears Vvv was looking to counter with a kick there.
Sss takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
Sss tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Vvv defends well and Sss ends up having to push Vvv into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Vvv is looking to counter with a body kick.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Vvv tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sss swivels and escapes.
Sss is trying to counter with his kicks.

Sss closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Vvv throws his opponent off and manages to get back to his feet! Nicely done!

Vvv gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Sss slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Vvv is pulling down on Sss's head to control his posture.
Sss stays in close to Vvv's body and controls the position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sss is continuing to stall.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Vvv misses with a takedown attempt - Sss sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Vvv Vvv. That's going to take a lot out of him.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Sss shoots and misses
and Vvv counters with a body kick that stops Sss in his tracks momentarily.
Sss fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Sss scores with a takedown into Vvv's guard.
Sss is standing up over Vvv. Vvv looks to escape but Sss dives into side control.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Sss Sss will probably get the nod - 10:9.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Sss tries to score a power double leg takedown but Vvv sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Sss somewhat.
Vvv thinks about countering with a body kick.
Horrible takedown attempt by Sss or perhaps it was just good defense by Vvv, which made it look bad.

Sss's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Vvv is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Sss throws a big elbow that misses.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Sss sitting in guard here, content to control.
Vvv wants to stand up but Sss is controlling him.
Sss controlling from the top position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Sss thuds a left hand into Vvv's body.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Sss fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Vvv Vvv has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sss Sss.
Vvv looks for a takedown but Sss sprawls well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Vvv shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Sss counters with a body kick.
Sss misses with a jab to the body
and Vvv counters with a good, hard body kick but Sss shrugs it off.
Vvv Vvv has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Sss shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Sss Sss is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Vvv tries to kick Sss off but Sss keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Sss Sss.
I've got Sss winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
