Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dick Winters (ranked 252 p4p, 1227 weight class) and Enzo Williams (ranked 42 p4p, 178 weight class). Winters comes to the cage accompanied by All Along the Watchtower. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Dick Winters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Enzo Williams!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yukihiro Shimada and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winters is looking to clinch.
Williams is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Winters steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Williams.
Dick Winters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Williams shoots in and bounces Winters off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Winters is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Williams is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Williams felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Winters throws a strike aimed at the side of Williams's head but Williams avoids it well.

Winters tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Winters has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

That was a close round but I would say that Dick Winters will probably get the nod.

Williams closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Winters to the mat! Winters manages to get full guard.

Williams postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Winters is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Williams, into his guard.
