Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Barack Obaminator (ranked 948 p4p, 547 weight class) and Principo Adam (ranked 137 p4p, 75 weight class). Obaminator comes to the cage accompanied by Gil Scott-Herron - The Revolution Will Not Be Televised. Adam has chosen Dona Eis Requiem as his entrance music. Principo Adam told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obaminator uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Adam has time to react.
Adam lands a slapping body shot.

and Adam counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

It looked like Obaminator wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Adam avoids a lazy jab quite easily.

Adam is just content to waste time from the top position. Obaminator takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Obaminator is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Adam defends well.

Adam is looking to pass into half guard but Obaminator pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Obaminator is in guard.

Adam lying in Obaminator's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Obaminator decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! Adam taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
