Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Vudu Sims (ranked 3167 p4p, 5958 weight class) and El Guapo (ranked 186 p4p, 296 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, James Atkins and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sims thows a left - swing and a miss!
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Guapo! But no joy.
Sims scores with a jab to the jaw.
It looks like El Guapo has been cut.
Sims misses with a looping left.
Guapo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sims throws a hook to the side of Guapo's head but Guapo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sims throws an overhand right that drops Guapo like a sack of potatoes! Sims dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Vudu Sims!
After winning the bout, Vudu Sims thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
