Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Frank Dux (ranked 689 p4p, 212 weight class) and Kazuo Takashi (ranked 86 p4p, 26 weight class). Takashi has chosen 吉田兄弟 Rising as his entrance music. Frank Dux could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Kazuo Takashi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Phil Schofield and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dux throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Dux misses with a wild combination.
Takashi with the counter takedown but Dux avoids it easily.
Takashi keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dux fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Takashi manages to avoid it.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Takashi has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Dux wants to break free but Takashi has control.

Takashi is pushing Dux up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Takashi quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Dux has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Takashi celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Kazuo Takashi decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
