The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice body punch from Lilja.
Lilja keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lilja dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Jack misses with a kick to the body
and Lilja counters with a nice uppercut.
Lilja scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Lilja misses with a hook.
Lilja dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Lilja misses with a looping right.
A right-left combo lands from Lilja.
Lilja connects with a body shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Donk. Lilja catches Jack right on the button with a cross.
No joy there for Jack, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Jack tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Jack takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Jack is rocked!
Lilja dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Lilja lands a slapping body shot.
Lilja is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Jack rather than just go for the knockout.
Lilja cracks Jack with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Oh Jack is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jack walks into a jab.
Lilja comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Jack swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Lilja scores with a counter punch that sends Jack to the canvas! Lilja smells blood - he's punishing Jack with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Jack has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gudmar Lilja!
A relieved looking Gudmar Lilja thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
