Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Limit Smiff (ranked 3409 p4p, 3378 weight class) and Thom Thumb (ranked 407 p4p, 405 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Limit Smiff! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Thom Thumb! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Phil Schofield and James Atkins.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thumb goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Limit Smiff has been cut. Smiff gets in close and instigates a clinch. Smiff tries to throw a body punch but Thumb avoids it by throwing Smiff back against the cage. Smiff fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Thumb wants to break free but Smiff has control.
Smiff tries to break free but Thumb pushes him back against the cage. A nice right hand lands inside from Smiff. Thumb's coach down at JAG Battle Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Thumb's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Smiff takes a shot to the head. Smiff tries a body shot but Thumb blocks it.
A short left from Smiff. Thumb breaks the clinch.
Thumb lands a jab. Smiff definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Smiff throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Smiff wants to clinch. Smiff throws a body punch but Thumb moves out of range. Thumb walks into a stiff left hand from Smiff. Thumb lands with an overhand left.
That's one minute gone in the round. Thumb throws a series of punches but Smiff moves out of range. Smiff tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Thumb was well out of range. Poor timing from Smiff. Thumb tries to close the distance and clinch up but Smiff swats him away and circles back towards the center. Smiff lands with an overhand left.
It looks like Thom Thumb has been cut. Thumb moves into range and clinches up with Smiff. Thumb softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Thumb pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Smiff swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Thumb counters with a lovely straight right hand! Smiff cracks Thumb with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Thumb looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Smiff finish him?
Thumb is rocked! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Smiff cracks Thumb with a brutal left hook that knocks him out cold! This one is over in a flash! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Limit Smiff! During a confident post fight interview, Limit Smiff thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
