A little jabbing left from Gracie on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Gracie takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Lopez was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Lopez feints with a jab and clips Gracie right behind the ear with a massive overhand right! Gracie is sent crashing into the canvas and Lopez leaps in for the kill! Gracie tries to get to his feet but Lopez is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Gracie is in need of a savior and steps in!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mijain Lopez!
