This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the bantamweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 11 wins and 10 losses; Klaus Chugman! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 23 wins and 19 losses; Antonio Brown ! The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Matheus Silva and Felipe Paraventi.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Chugman closes the distance and clinches. Chugman pulls guard. Chugman working a defensive guard here.
Chugman isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Brown stacks Chugman on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. Chugman is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Chugman wants to control from the top but Brown keeps moving. Brown looking to hit a scissor sweep but Chugman is one step ahead there.

Brown keeping moving, preventing Chugman from controlling successfully. Chugman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Brown swivels though and keeps the full guard. Chugman being controlled here momentarily. Brown bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Chugman's guard. Chugman has his foot on Brown 's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brown works his way back into a safe position though. Chugman escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Brown gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Chugman looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Brown passes into side control.

Chugman rolls and tries to escape and now Brown has his back!

The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Brown looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Score +3 for taking back: Chugman (4) vs (34) Brown Chugman prevents Brown from getting a body triangle. Chugman wants to control his opponent's hands but Brown gets his hands free. Brown keeps control of the position easily here as Chugman tries to buck him off.

That's thirteen minutes gone in the round. Brown seems keen to control Chugman's posture. Brown lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Score +2 for sweep to guard / half guard: Chugman (6) vs (36) Brown Chugman has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Brown is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Chugman. Score +3 for passing guard: Chugman (6) vs (39) Brown Chugman tries to get back to half guard but can't.
That's fourteen minutes gone in the round. Brown controls the position. Chugman prevents Brown from moving into mount. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Chugman is letting Brown control him for a moment. You can see the frustration on Chugman's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
