Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 37 - 17 - 0, fighting out of New York, Gyukosho Fujimoto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 36 - 20 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Megaton!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fujimoto moves out of range of the strikes.
Fujimoto fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Megaton manages to avoid it.
Megaton follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land.
Megaton slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Fujimoto seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Fujimoto throws a head kick that misses.
Megaton throws a looping overhand right but Fujimoto ducks down to avoid it.
Megaton just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromFujimoto.
Megaton lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Fujimoto ducks under a wild hook from Megaton.
Fujimoto is looking to counter punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fujimoto fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Megaton manages to avoid it.
A little jabbing left from Megaton on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
We've been informed that Megaton has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
The fighters circling - Fujimoto throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Fujimoto shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fujimoto moves out of range of the strikes.
Fujimoto swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Fujimoto waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Megaton.

Fujimoto lands a big head kick that sends Megaton tumbling to the mat! Fujimoto takes a step backwards and waves Megaton back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Mike Megaton has been cut.
Fujimoto throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Fujimoto throws a hook to the side of Megaton's head but Megaton sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Megaton has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Megaton there as he acknowledges the shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fujimoto throws a pinpoint strike between Megaton's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Megaton crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Fujimoto scores a great knockout victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Gyukosho Fujimoto!
During a confident post fight interview, Gyukosho Fujimoto thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
