The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Archangel gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Winston turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Winston manages to end up in side control.
Winston throws a strike aimed at the side of Archangel's head but Archangel avoids it well.
Archangel is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Winston asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Archangel parries the strikes from Winston easily there. Winston is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Archangel to escape.

It looks like Michael Archangel has been cut.

Archangel pushes Winston away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Winston gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
