Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mike Toledo (ranked 3010 p4p, 23164 weight class) and Demolition Smash (ranked 372 p4p, 575 weight class). Toledo comes to the cage accompanied by Charlie Brown Jr. - Dias De Luta, Dias De Glória. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toledo drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Sloppy strikes from Smash. Those never looked like landing.
Smash throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Toledo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Smash paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Toledo doesn't manage to clinch there - Smash circles away.
Smash misses with a hook. Toledo ducked under it nicely.
Toledo fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Toledo walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Toledo comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Smash with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Toledo to score with a decent uppercut.

Toledo moves into range and clinches up with Smash.
Toledo changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Smash fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Smash cracks Toledo with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Toledo tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Smash pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Toledo is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
