Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Damien Sepultra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mister Tumnus!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Darius Henderson and Eliza Hachem.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sepultra stuffs the takedown.
Tumnus gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Tumnus moves in looking to clinch but Sepultra pushes him off.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Sepultra throws a jab but it's blocked by Tumnus.
Sepultra leaves Tumnus with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sepultra was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Tumnus tries to clinch there but Sepultra circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tumnus fails in his attempt to clinch.
It looked like Sepultra was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Tumnus.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Sepultra works on Tumnus's body with a couple of short punches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Tumnus can't find room to land a body shot as Sepultra controls the action.

Sepultra pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sepultra swings widly with a right hand

and Tumnus counters with a takedown into side control.

Tumnus is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Sepultra is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.
Sepultra tries to bench press Tumnus off him but Tumnus keeps the position.
Tumnus wants to lay and pray for a moment but Sepultra keeps working.
Tumnus tries to advance to mount but Sepultra denies him.
Sepultra tries to improve position but can't.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Tumnus tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Tumnus has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Sepultra is looking to reverse the position.
Tumnus has knee on belly and moves into mount.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Tumnus is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Sepultra has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Tumnus looking to secure an arm triangle but Sepultra defends it well.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Tumnus looking to control and managing it successfully.

Sepultra defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Tumnus.

Sepultra is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Tumnus locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Sepultra is forced to tap!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Mister Tumnus!
