The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Denton lands a jab to the nose.
Herzog looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Denton scores with a nice head shot.
Herzog lands a slapping body shot.
Herzog with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Denton keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Herzog ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Denton moves away.
Herzog 's jab looks to have found its range, popping Denton under the eye.
Denton's corner calls for a 1-2. Denton obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Denton misses with a straight left.
Herzog swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Imka Herzog seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Herzog swings for the body but Denton moves out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Denton on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Herzog lands a nice shot to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Herzog rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Denton makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Herzog throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Denton misses with a hook.
Herzog looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Herzog steps in with a hook that catches Denton right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Herzog follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Denton looks absolutely devastated.
