Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Branson White (ranked 3975 p4p, 5114 weight class) and Tim Udrich (ranked 485 p4p, 548 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Branson White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Tim Udrich!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White swings for the body but Udrich moves out of range.
White just misses with a punch to the body.
Branson White seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Udrich lands an overhand right.
White drops Udrich with a beautiful combination! Udrich stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - White is looking for the KO!
Udrich is rocked!
It looks like Tim Udrich has been cut.
No joy there for White, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Udrich looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

White with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Udrich to score with a decent uppercut.

White throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

White is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Udrich is defending well for now.

White really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Udrich stops a takedown attempt from White.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Udrich wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Udrich bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps White's head backwards.

White throws a jab when Udrich was well out of range.
White clinches.
White pulls guard.
White has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Udrich is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for White.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
White is looking to regain half guard here but Udrich keeps moving and retains side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Udrich moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
White tries to improve position but can't.
Udrich takes a little break here. White wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
White is looking for a sweep.
White manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Udrich is thwarting White's attempts to control the position.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Udrich seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Udrich prevents White from improving his position.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Branson White will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Udrich swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by White.

Udrich has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from White finds it's way round the side to connect with Udrich's head.
White lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Udrich connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between White's hands.
White wants to clinch.
White misses with a wild combination.
White takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
White stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

White tries to clinch there but Udrich circles away.
White lands a nice looking body kick.
Udrich goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
A head kick by White - that's a beauty! Udrich is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even White can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
