Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Akira Tatakai (ranked 2281 p4p, 2901 weight class) and Frankie DeLuna (ranked 139 p4p, 184 weight class). Frankie DeLuna has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Akira Tatakai's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Akira Tatakai! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 5 - 3 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Frankie DeLuna! The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and John Roberts.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! DeLuna rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Tatakai moves out of range and avoids them all easily. DeLuna throws a combination that misses and Tatakai counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. DeLuna throws a right hand that misses
enabling Tatakai to counter with a crisp jab. Tatakai throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
DeLuna digs a good body shot into Tatakai's ribs. DeLuna cracks Tatakai with a right hand to the side of the head. DeLuna shoots in for a takedown but Tatakai shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. DeLuna fails to land with a series of punches.
Jab, jab by Tatakai - just one landing. A shot to the body from DeLuna misses
and Tatakai counters with a crisp right hand that drops DeLuna! Tatakai lets DeLuna back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
 DeLuna is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! DeLuna tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tatakai paws at him with a jab and circles away. DeLuna is still on wobbly legs! Can Tatakai finish him? DeLuna tries to get into range but Tatakai steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops DeLuna! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Tatakai scores the big KO victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Akira Tatakai! Akira Tatakai decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
