The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nilsen throws a poor cross that misses
enabling Goldberg to counter with a crisp jab.
It looks like Dennis Nilsen has been cut.
Nilsen gets a takedown into half guard.
Goldberg tries to kick Nilsen off but Nilsen keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Nilsen is looking for a kimura but Goldberg is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Nilsen to get the leverage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nilsen trying to control the action but Goldberg is working from the bottom.
Goldberg looks like he's trying to stand up.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.
Goldberg scores with the left hand. Nilsen knows he should have avoided that one.
Nilsen thuds his right hand into Goldberg's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Nilsen scores with a nice strike.
Goldberg closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Nilsen out cold! Nilsen corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
