Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Andrei Baltaretu (ranked 4442 p4p, 3661 weight class) and Robert Heredia (ranked 511 p4p, 446 weight class). Baltaretu comes to the cage accompanied by Chatarra - Jincho. Robert Heredia will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Heredia shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Baltaretu counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Baltaretu connects with a nice short shot to Heredia's temple.
Baltaretu looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Heredia flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.

Heredia really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Baltaretu. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Baltaretu is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Heredia is hurt! He's hurt bad - Baltaretu fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Heredia from any more punishment! Congratulations to Baltaretu! Great finish!
