Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Silent Bob (ranked 211 p4p, 685 weight class) and Robert Munson (ranked 35 p4p, 112 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Munson tries to land a body kick
and Bob counters with a right hand to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bob throws a leg kick
and Munson counters with a low kick, right behind Bob 's knee.
Munson scores with a leg kick.

Munson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bob.
Bob misses with an uppercut.
Munson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Bob misses with a hook to the body
and Munson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Bob moves out of range of the leg kick from Munson.
A clash of legs there as Bob blocks the low kick.
Bob swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Munson misses with a low kick.
Munson does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.

Munson avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Bob throws a leg kick but Munson moved away.
Munson thinks about the counter body kick.
Munson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Bob can pounce on him.
Bob throws a body kick that misses.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Munson scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Munson avoids a kick to the body.
Munson was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Bob thumps Munson with a low kick.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Nice uppercut there from Bob.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Silent Bob.
Well Bob has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
