Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kappa Knox (ranked 555 p4p, 1166 weight class) and Mad Dog Malone (ranked 80 p4p, 165 weight class). Knox's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, 'Til I Collapse | Eminem. Malone is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Bad Boys - Inner Circle. Mad Dog Malone has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 18 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kappa Knox! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 20 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mad Dog Malone! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Ren Mimura and Taro Takaoka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Malone misses with a wild body shot. Malone misses with a leg kick and Knox counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Malone connects with a crisp jab. Knox tries to move into range but Malone moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Malone slips a jab and a cross from Knox.
Malone has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Malone throws a leg kick but Knox moved away. Malone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Knox throws a shot from downtown. Malone moves away and avoids it. Malone tests Knox's chin there with a solid looking shot. Malone misses with a body kick. Knox appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A slow jab from Malone misses its intended target. Knox uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Malone. Knox looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Malone tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Knox was well out of range. Poor timing from Malone. Mad Dog Malone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Malone throws a predictable looking body shot
and Knox counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Knox tries a low kick but Malone avoids it. Knox ducks under a wild hook from Malone. Knox goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Malone throws an off balance right hand
and Knox counters with a solid body kick. Knox bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Malone uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Knox. Malone misses with a leg kick and Knox counters with a solid body kick. Malone fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Knox is out of range. Knox swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Malone throws a poor cross that misses
and Knox counters with a straight right hand. Malone throws a lazy right hand but Knox sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Knox is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Malone. Malone scoring well with a low kick there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A chopping leg kick lands by Malone. Malone throws a hook but Knox avoids it easily. It looked like Knox wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Malone takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Knox throws a body punch but Malone moves out of range. Nice shot by Malone. Malone bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Knox's head backwards. Knox throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Malone counters with a low kick, right behind Knox 's knee. Knox checks a low kick from Malone. Malone tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Knox was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Malone connects with a leg kick. A telegraphed right hand from Malone misses the target. Knox checks a leg kick nicely. Malone throws a front kick aimed at Knox's knee but Knox avoids it well. As Malone backs away, Knox returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Malone misses the shot to the body. Knox moves out of range as Malone strikes. Malone fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Knox manages to avoid it. Malone throws a low kick but Knox moves out of range easily. Knox connects with a solid leg kick. Malone displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Knox throws out the jab. Malone takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Knox buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Knox misses with a leg kick. Knox throws a sloppy head kick and Malone counters with a nice uppercut. A slapping leg kick lands for Knox.
Knox throws a good cross that connects.
Malone goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Knox appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Knox lands with a nice body punch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Knox scores with a one two! Malone had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Malone throws a big shot that misses. Malone moves into range and connects with a jab. Malone has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Knox finds it's way round the side to connect with Malone's head. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Knox. Knox is looking to land body kicks. Knox scores with a leg kick.
An inside leg kick lands from Malone. Malone looks to throw the jab but Knox is out of range. Knox moves out of range of the leg kick from Malone. Knox lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick. Knox circles away from the clinch attempt.
Malone wants to slow Knox down by chopping away at his legs. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Kappa Knox will probably get the nod. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Malone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Knox throws a head kick that misses. Knox stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Malone. Nice defenses there by Knox. Malone just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromKnox. Knox takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Malone throws a right hand that misses
and Malone takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
It looks like Mad Dog Malone has been cut. Knox thumps Malone with a low kick. Knox throws a sloppy head kick and Malone moves out of range easily. Malone throws a series of strikes that have Knox backpedaling.
Knox lands a jab to the head.
Malone throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Malone moves out of range of the leg kick from Knox. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Malone keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
That's one minute gone in the round. Malone missing with a left hand there. Knox was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Malone's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Malone misses with a lunging right hand
and Knox counters with a nice body kick.
Knox cracks Malone with an open hand slap.
Malone is rocked! Knox thumps Malone with a low kick. Malone is still on wobbly legs! Can Knox finish him? A solid leg kick lands there for Knox.
Malone thows a leg kick but Knox checks it and Knox counters with a big right hand! Oh Malone is in trouble here! Knox follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kappa Knox! During a confident post fight interview, Kappa Knox thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him. The defeated Mad Dog Malone had this to say: 'Blue Lives Matter!'.
