Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Marty Moon (ranked 3410 p4p, 3343 weight class) and mr Lankey (ranked 320 p4p, 316 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Marty Moon! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, mr Lankey! The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Darius Henderson and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Moon shoots for a double leg takedown but Lankey sprawls well. He's pushed Moon's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Lankey is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Moon half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Lankey closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Moon lands a takedown into guard.
Lankey is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Moon dives into side control.
Moon tries to advance to mount but Lankey denies him. Lankey gets back to half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lankey is trying to maintain the position but Moon is very close to passing his half guard. Moon wants to pass to mount but Lankey is defending the position. Lankey trying to control from the bottom.
Moon will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lankey is looking for a sweep. Moon is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Moon passes to full mount! Moon cracks Lankey with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Moon sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Moon avoids the attempt from Lankey to control. Moon dominating with strikes here. Lankey is squirming around, avoiding Moon's attempts to control the action. Lankey is trying to reverse the position but instead Moon has taken his back - oops!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moon somehow managing to miss with a strike from the back. Moon gets his hands free as Lankey looks to control. Moon seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Moon biding his time, looking for the opening.
Lankey is really stuck here.
Moon looking for the choke but no joy. Moon controlling from the back. Lankey is trying to break free.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moon just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
Moon is not going to allow Lankey to sit and survive in this position. Lankey is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Moon.

Moon controlling from the back. Lankey wants to control his opponent's hands but Moon gets his hands free. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Moon trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Lankey doesn't escape. Lankey manages to reverse the position and now he's in Moon's guard. Nice work there by Lankey.
Moon is controlling Lankey's posture. Lankey preventing the sweep. Lankey is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Moon looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Lankey passes into side control.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Lankey tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lankey has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Marty Moon dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Lankey connects with a body shot that sends Moon's belly button to the back. Moon shoots for a takedown but Lankey saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. mr Lankey is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Moon fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Lankey avoids it really well and circles away. Lankey drives through with a takedown into guard. Lankey lands a couple of decent looking shots. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Lankey working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Moon is on top in guard.

Moon got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lankey has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Moon has managed to get both his arms back between Lankey's legs - danger averted. Moon working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Moon trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lankey escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Moon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Lankey working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Moon doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Moon manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Moon scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Lankey trying to control the position.
Lankey escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Moon gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Moon engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lankey is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Moon stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lankey swivels though and keeps the full guard. Lankey looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Moon is pushing down on Lankey's leg trying to pass to half guard. Lankey is fighting to maintain full guard but Moon has managed to sneak the leg through. Moon working the head and body with strikes. Moon thows a huge punch but Lankey dodges it nicely.
Moon is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lankey doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Moon. Lankey trying to control here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Moon is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Lankey looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Lankey wants to sweep here but Moon controlling him for the moment. Moon has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lankey is looking for a triangle but Moon pushes his legs off easily.

mr Lankey showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round! Moon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lankey sprawls well. Lankey wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Moon gets slowly back to his feet. Moon leaves Lankey with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Excellent takedown into side control there by Lankey. Moon wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Moon manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Moon controlling the action here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Moon is trying to control the action in half guard but Lankey is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Moon controlling the pace. Moon throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Lankey looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Lankey wants to control but Moon is keeping busy.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Lankey is trying to get back to full guard. Moon scoring with strikes to the body and head. Moon passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Lankey! Moon sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Moon tries to control but Lankey wriggling away. Moon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lankey on the ground.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Moon sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Moon avoids the attempt from Lankey to control. Lankey is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Moon is staying active. Lankey can't escape the position.
Marty Moon overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Moon looking to control and managing it successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Lankey is in all sorts of trouble here.
Moon lands with some strikes. Lankey wants to control but Moon is having none of it. Lankey tries to reverse the position but Moon maintains control. Moon unloading with bombs! Lankey takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Moon looking to control and managing it successfully. Moon with a couple of short strikes.
And that's the end of the fight! Marty Moon showed his dominance in that final round. I think Moon has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Marty Moon! In his post fight interview, Marty Moon started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
