Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Apollo Creed (ranked 24490 p4p, 3527 weight class) and Spiridon Theato (ranked 117 p4p, 120 weight class). Theato has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! This should be fireworks!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Spiridon Theato!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Ben Hemmingworth and Eliza Hachem.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Creed dips to his left and cracks Theato with an uppercut!
Theato has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Theato looks winded!
Creed scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Creed lands a jab to the nose.
Creed connects with a good right hand that stumbles Theato. Theato circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Spiridon Theato has been cut.
Creed lunges at Theato with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Theato's hand.
Theato with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Creed to score with a decent uppercut.
Creed definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Creed lands a big uppercut and Theato crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Theato looks OK. Creed waves Theato back to his feet!
Theato is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Creed fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Theato out cold! Brutal finish!
