Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Wallace (ranked 4376 p4p, 4670 weight class) and Jacob Pokorney (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pokorney has chosen Never Gonna Give You Up as his entrance music. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bradley Wallace! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jacob Pokorney! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paul Aken and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace throws a nice inside leg kick. Pokorney misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Pokorney. Pokorney moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Wallace is trying to buck Pokorney off. Pokorney just content to control the position. Wallace might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wallace can't do much from the bottom here. Pokorney has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pokorney drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Wallace manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage. Wallace can't break the clinch.
Wallace tries to break the clinch but Pokorney is controlling the position. Pokorney wants the takedown. Wallace is fighting it off but Pokorney persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Wallace's guard against the cage. Wallace has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Pokorney has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Wallace is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Pokorney with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Wallace misses with a hook to the ribs.

Pokorney has Wallace pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Pokorney pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Wallace tumbling to the mat - Pokorney dives into Wallace's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pokorney throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Pokorney wants to pass the guard but Wallace is keeping the position. Pokorney thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Pokorney must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Pokorney trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Pokorney seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Pokorney throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Wallace works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Wallace throws a lazy body kick and Pokorney counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Pokorney. Pokorney wants to pass the guard but Wallace is keeping the position. Wallace controls Pokorney momentarily but Pokorney frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Pokorney stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wallace swivels though and keeps the full guard. Pokorney decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Wallace throws a body kick that misses and Pokorney counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Wallace! Pokorney tries to score with some ground and pound. Wallace controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Pokorney decides to stand up, so the ref orders Wallace to his feet. Pokorney closes the distance and pushes Wallace back into the cage. Wallace wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jacob Pokorney dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Wallace moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Pokorney keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Pokorney shoots in for a takedown but Wallace shows good takedown defense. Pokorney takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Pokorney uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wallace.
Pokorney is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Pokorney is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Wallace's half guard. Wallace has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Pokorney is on him like a limpet, forcing Wallace back against the cage. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pokorney pulls Wallace into guard.
Wallace decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Pokorney, up you get! Wallace misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

That's one minute gone in the round. Wallace throws a series of punches but Pokorney avoids them all with ease. Pokorney throws a counter combo. Wallace throws a sloppy head kick and Pokorney moves out of range easily. Pokorney with a poor takedown and Wallace counters with a nice body shot. Bradley Wallace is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wallace throws a leg kick that is checked and Pokorney counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Pokorney working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though. Wallace avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Pokorney. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Pokorney stalling. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Let's hope that Pokorney has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Pokorney is continuing to stall.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pokorney stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Wallace to get to his feet. Wallace shoots for a takedown but Pokorney saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bradley Wallace. That's going to take a lot out of him. Wallace looks for the body kick but Pokorney saw that one coming. Wallace wants to slow Pokorney down by chopping away at his legs. Wallace throws a leg kick and Pokorney counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wallace is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Pokorney scores with a couple of nice shots.

Pokorney is taking a breather. Wallace says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Wallace is looking to escape. Pokorney slows the pace down in half guard. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Pokorney takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Pokorney stands up out of the half guard. Pokorney showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Wallace.
Wallace works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Pokorney tries for a takedown but Wallace sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Pokorney throws a right hand that Wallace ducks under and follows up with a left that Wallace also avoids with ease. Wallace tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pokorney was well out of range. Poor timing from Wallace. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Bradley Wallace will probably get the nod. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Wallace throws a right and a left that both miss. The fight moves into the clinch position. Pokorney manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Wallace wants to control from the top but Pokorney keeps moving. Wallace stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Pokorney swivels though and keeps the full guard. Pokorney tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Pokorney has a closed guard, preventing Wallace from standing up. Pokorney wants to sweep but no luck. Pokorney working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Wallace doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Wallace manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Pokorney takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Pokorney trying to control the position here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Wallace trying to control the position from guard on top but Pokorney is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wallace stands and steps away. Pokorney gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Wallace will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Pokorney closes the distance and clinches. Pokorney stalls. Wallace tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Pokorney smiles and moves away.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Still in half guard, Pokorney seems content to control. Wallace tries to kick Pokorney off but Pokorney keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pokorney drives through and clinches with Wallace against the cage.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bradley Wallace. That's going to take a lot out of him. Pokorney gets a trip takedown into half guard. Wallace pushes Pokorney off and gets back to his feet.
And that's the end of the fight! Bradley Wallace showed his dominance in that final round. I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
