Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 32 - 28 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Boss Yonic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sutarjo Sukarman!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Alec Ball and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sukarman misses with a takedown attempt
and Yonic counters with a nice uppercut.
Yonic fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Yonic lands a nice shot that snaps Sukarman's head back.
Yonic lands a jab to the head.
Sukarman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Yonic cracks Sukarman with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Sukarman tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Yonic pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Sukarman is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Boss Yonic!
An out of breath Boss Yonic thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
Sutarjo Sukarman spoke after the fight, saying 'Next i'll win'.
