The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Addai gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Crawford has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Addai can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Crawford escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Addai gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Crawford manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Addai manages to get himself to full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Addai looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Crawford closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Addai did well to prevent Crawford getting side control.

Crawford is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Addai has managed to free his arm - good work.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Crawford is working to tighten his grip on Addai 's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Addai has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Crawford is really squeezing tight and eventually Addai passes out! Crawford breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
