Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Magomed Korobov (ranked 5760 p4p, 24933 weight class) and Aaron Nitro (ranked 619 p4p, 740 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Aaron Nitro!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Robert Twigg and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nitro throws a low kick but it's checked well by Korobov.
Korobov is looking to counter punch.
Nitro shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Korobov sprawls well. Korobov wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Nitro gets slowly back to his feet.
As Nitro looks to move away, Korobov throws a big counter combo but Nitro just gets out of the way.
Nitro throws a head kick that misses.

Nitro closes the distance and pushes Korobov back into the cage.
Korobov blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nitro manages to break the clinch.
Nitro shoots and misses
and Korobov counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Nitro has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!

Magomed Korobov bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
