Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Za Beast (ranked 3163 p4p, 4746 weight class) and Rajon Shaw (ranked 422 p4p, 564 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 9 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Za Beast! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rajon Shaw! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Percy O'Donnell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Beast. Shaw wants to get back to his feet but Beast is dominant here and he's now got Shaw's back! Shaw is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Beast is hanging on to Shaw's back as he tries to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Beast scores with some strikes to the side of the head there. Good, points scoring shots.
You can see the frustration on Shaw's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Shaw trying to control the position but Beast manages to sink in the hooks. Shaw is trying to stand back up. Shaw has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Shaw is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Beast.
That's one minute gone in the round. Beast scores with punches from the back.
Beast definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Beast lands with a big left hand that may well have hurt his opponent. Can Shaw hold on?!
Beast keeps control of the position easily here as Shaw tries to buck him off.
Beast has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Shaw wants to escape the position.
Shaw is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.

Beast connects with a series of strikes and the referee is calling for Shaw to escape the position.
Shaw is rocked! Beast has good solid back control here. Shaw is still in real trouble! Can Beast finish him? Beast is hanging on to Shaw's back as he tries to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Beast is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish. Shaw seems to have recovered his senses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Beast softening up his opponent with strikes here.
Beast is scoring with a succession of shots from the back. Shaw is covering up - he's had enough and the ref steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Za Beast! Za Beast seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website. Rajon Shaw was interviewed post fight and said 'Well I have one thing to say about my opponent great fight you did everything u were supposed to I let my guard down a bit but I want a rematch and I'm not taking no for a f*cking answer.'.
