Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nils Ragnaar (ranked 19517 p4p, 2977 weight class) and Gurgen Davidyan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ragnaar comes to the cage accompanied by Mustasch - The Wave. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nils Ragnaar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 32 - 21 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, Gurgen Davidyan! The judges for this bout are William Peck, Trevor Gratis and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Donk. Davidyan catches Ragnaar right on the button with a cross. Davidyan tries to land a body kick and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Davidyan motions for Ragnaar to come forward. Davidyan throws a leg kick but it misses it's target. Ragnaar throws a front kick aimed at Davidyan's knee but Davidyan avoids it well. A big left from Davidyan misses. Ragnaar was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. A combination from Davidyan does no damage. A looping hook to the body misses from Davidyan. Ragnaar does a little dance to reset his feet. Ragnaar feints and then cracks Davidyan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Davidyan down. Ragnaar throws a body kick that digs right into the meat. A solid leg kick lands there for Ragnaar.
Davidyan on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ragnaar. Ragnaar obviously looking to wear him down.
Ragnaar's jab looks to have found its range, popping Davidyan under the eye. Ragnaar takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Davidyan connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Davidyan throws a shot from downtown. Ragnaar moves away and avoids it. A solid body kick from Ragnaar. Davidyan missing with a left hand there. Ragnaar was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Davidyan fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Ragnaar has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Ragnaar lands a leg kick that knocks Davidyan off balance momentarily. Davidyan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Ragnaar, pushing him back against the cage. Ragnaar swings away with an uppercut that misses.
That's one minute gone in the round. Davidyan misses with a hook to the ribs.
Ragnaar lands with a short head shot on the inside. Ragnaar pushes off an throws an elbow but Davidyan leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Davidyan fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Davidyan lands a left hand that snaps the head of Ragnaar backwards. Ragnaar is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Nice body punch from Ragnaar - that landed with a thud.
Ragnaar doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

Ragnaar struggles to land a body shot inside as Davidyan controls his hands.
Ragnaar manages to break the clinch.
Nice body kick there by Ragnaar. Davidyan swings away with a leg kick that misses. Davidyan tries to move into range but Ragnaar moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Ragnaar lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Davidyan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Davidyan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. A solid body kick from Ragnaar. Ragnaar scores with a kick to the midsection. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Ragnaar throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Ragnaar throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ragnaar lands with a nice body punch. Ragnaar sizes up Davidyan with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. A solid body kick from Ragnaar. A slapping leg kick lands for Ragnaar.
Ragnaar lands a head kick!
Nice shot by Ragnaar. Ragnaar tests Davidyan's chin there with a solid looking shot. Davidyan tries to bum rush Ragnaar with a series of wild strikes but Ragnaar uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Davidyan walks forward, straight into a front kick from Ragnaar. Nice shot lands for Ragnaar. Davidyan throws a sloppy head kick and Davidyan takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Davidyan on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Ragnaar. Ragnaar obviously looking to wear him down.
A head kick misses from Davidyan. Ragnaar scores with a kick to the midsection. Davidyan looks winded! Ragnaar is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Davidyan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Davidyan takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Decent striking displayed by Ragnaar there.
Davidyan is rocked! Ragnaar cracks Davidyan with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Davidyan tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Ragnaar pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Davidyan is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nils Ragnaar! Nils Ragnaar decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
