Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rob Sapo (ranked 2887 p4p, 23371 weight class) and Art Mcgowan (ranked 350 p4p, 608 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rob Sapo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 6 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Art Mcgowan! The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Mcgowan. Sapo's coaches at Ryōzanpaku Dojo have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. Sapo controls the position for a moment. Sapo struggling a bit here. Mcgowan misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Mcgowan tries to move to mount but Sapo blocks the move with his legs. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcgowan tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Sapo is looking for a sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Sapo's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Mcgowan tries to stand but Sapo is controlling his head. Sapo tries to get back to half guard but can't. Mcgowan decides to stand back up. Mcgowan steps back and let's Sapo get back to his feet. A leg kick checked by Sapo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Sapo cracks Mcgowan with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Sapo has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Mcgowan to stand back up!
It looks like Art Mcgowan has been cut. Mcgowan is trying hard to land a takedown here. Sapo sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Sapo is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Sapo ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Mcgowan moves forwards but Sapo connects with a nice, crisp jab. Sapo fakes the body blow, causing Mcgowan to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Mcgowan goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
