Petrov's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, They want too see me fall. Fedor Petrov has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kristoff Ostwind!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Viktor Lagutenko and Ivan Kurochkin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petrov loads up on a big right hand but Ostwind slips the punch.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ostwind has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Petrov is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Petrov breaks the clinch.
Petrov swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Petrov drops Ostwind with a left right combo! Petrov follows him down to the ground into side control.

Ostwind is rocked!

It looks like Kristoff Ostwind has been cut.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Petrov wants to stand but Ostwind is controlling his arm.
Ostwind is still in real trouble! Can Petrov finish him?
Ostwind seems to have recovered his senses.

Petrov is trying to get an arm triangle but Ostwind is defending well.

Petrov tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Ostwind can't do much from the bottom here.

Petrov stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Ostwind looks to throw a body kick

and Ostwind is countered with a crisp right hand from Petrov that sends him to the canvas! Petrov follows him to the mat into side control.

Petrov tries for a kimura but Ostwind is defending well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Petrov tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Petrov has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Ostwind has eaten all the pies!

Petrov is trying to get an arm triangle but Ostwind is defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Petrov decides to stand back up.
Ostwind uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Petrov.
Ostwind tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Petrov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Petrov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Ostwind wants to counter with a clinch but Petrov pushes him away.
Petrov takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Ostwind missing with knees to the body.
Petrov lands with a left to the head.
A short right from Petrov.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Petrov scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Ostwind landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Petrov prevents the takedown attempt.

Petrov escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Petrov closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Ostwind! Petrov dives in looking to finish! Ostwind is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
