Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Striker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Morgan Littlechild (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Striker's entrance music is Indestructible By Disturbed. A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Striker misses with a takedown attempt - Littlechild sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Littlechild gets the takedown into side control. Littlechild grinds an elbow into Striker's temple. Striker taking punishment in the form of punches.
Littlechild wants to control but Striker is keeping him busy. Littlechild working the ground and pound. Striker is not content to let Littlechild control the position. Striker parries the strikes from Littlechild easily there. Littlechild is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Striker to escape.
That's one minute gone in the round. Striker is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Littlechild asserts his dominance and retains side control. Littlechild creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Striker sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Littlechild tries for a kimura but Striker is defending well. Striker gets back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Littlechild thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Striker's head. Littlechild is trying to control the action in half guard but Striker is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Striker trying to hold on to Littlechild's head to control him but Littlechild postures up.
Littlechild winds up and cracks Striker with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Striker wants to get back to his feet.
Striker is looking for a sweep. Littlechild is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Littlechild stops Striker from getting back to his feet.
Littlechild wants to lay and pray for a moment but Striker keeps working. Striker is trying to stand back up but Littlechild is controlling him
Littlechild is trying to control. Striker wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Striker avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Littlechild.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Striker lands with a kick to the ribs.
Striker throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Littlechild. Littlechild circles away from the clinch attempt.
Littlechild shoots in but Striker avoids the takedown attempt easily. Littlechild looks gassed! Littlechild walks into a jab. Gabriel Striker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Striker fails with the takedown and Littlechild counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Striker! Striker tries to get back to half guard but can't. Littlechild with the ground and pound from mount. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Littlechild postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Striker looks a forlorn figure.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Morgan Littlechild dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Striker throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. Striker throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Striker fails in his attempt to clinch. Excellent takedown into side control there by Striker. Littlechild struggling a bit here. Littlechild has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Littlechild tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Striker wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Littlechild is breathing heavily. Littlechild throwing some weak shots from the bottom that do no damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Striker working away. Striker tries to stand but Littlechild is controlling his head. Littlechild is looking to regain half guard here but Striker keeps moving and retains side control.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Striker lands a head kick. Littlechild smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Littlechild fails to land the takedown.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Littlechild swats away the attempt to clinch by Striker. Striker lands with a kick to the temple. Littlechild shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?" Striker wants to clinch up but Littlechild keeps it at a distance. No luck for Striker with that takedown attempt. Littlechild stuffs the takedown. Littlechild chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Striker can pounce on him.
Striker tries to close the distance and clinch up but Littlechild swats him away and circles back towards the center. Striker lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Striker misses with a takedown attempt and Littlechild counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gabriel Striker. That's going to take a lot out of him. Striker is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Littlechild dives into side control.
Check out the look on Littlechild's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
Striker really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Littlechild works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head. Striker seems a little lost for a moment, as Littlechild dominates the positioning. Littlechild working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Striker takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Morgan Littlechild has got the better of the ground game so far. Littlechild throwing shots but missing, from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Littlechild thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Striker can't do much from the bottom here. Littlechild lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Striker down.
Littlechild trying to control the position but Striker is working away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Gabriel Striker will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Striker displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Striker with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Striker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Littlechild on the ground. Striker on the wrong end of some ground and pound. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Striker is pushing Littlechild's head away, looking to escape. Littlechild manages to hold on to the position though. Striker takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Striker trying to remain calm as Littlechild controls from the top position. Striker is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Littlechild working Striker over with strikes. Littlechild stops Striker from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Striker blocking the ground and pound attempt from Littlechild. Littlechild working over Striker with some ground and pound. Striker looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Littlechild looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Littlechild wants to control but Striker is keeping him busy. Striker is trying to maintain the position but Littlechild is very close to passing his half guard. Striker wants to get back to full guard. Littlechild looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Littlechild perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Littlechild's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Striker is trying to stand.
Littlechild is looking to take a break and control but Striker is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Littlechild lands a nice short elbow. Striker wants to get back to his feet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Striker taking some punishment here, with Littlechild in his half guard. Littlechild working the head and body with strikes. Littlechild lands strikes from half guard. Striker regains full guard, whilst avoiding punches from Littlechild. Striker tries to land a sweep but no joy.
And that's the end of the fight! Morgan Littlechild comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Littlechild has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
