And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Phil Cosby!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Hugh Johnson and Ron Honeybunn.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cosby throws a looping overhand right but Panda ducks down to avoid it.
Panda has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Panda slips a jab and a cross from Cosby.
Panda tries to close the distance and clinch but Cosby swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cosby avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Panda tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cosby paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Panda takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Panda is holding his hands too far apart here. Cosby throws a hard, straight punch right down the pipe and BOOM! Panda is out! That punch landed square on the jaw - what a shot!
