Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damien Sepultra (ranked 5150 p4p, 2901 weight class) and Billy Bob Cooter (ranked 104 p4p, 56 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Damien Sepultra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Billy Bob Cooter!
The judges for this bout are Ben Watson, John Mangel and Chris Dean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cooter takes one to the side of the head.

Cooter gets a double leg takedown into Sepultra's guard.
Cooter trying to control the position from guard on top but Sepultra is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Sepultra wants to sweep but no luck.
Sepultra could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Sepultra is pulling down on Cooter's head. It's preventing any offense from Cooter, at least for the moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cooter thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Sepultra seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Cooter drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Cooter jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Sepultra has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Cooter can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Cooter passes Sepultra's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Cooter is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sepultra doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Cooter.
Sepultra knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Cooter on the ground.
Sepultra is looking to control Cooter's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Sepultra avoid being mounted?

Cooter is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sepultra defends it well.

Cooter wants to work for an arm triangle but Sepultra is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Well, if Cooter is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Cooter is looking for a kimura but Sepultra is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Cooter to get the leverage.

Sepultra is trying to maintain the position but Cooter is very close to passing his half guard.

Cooter seems to be working for a kimura but Sepultra defends the submission attempt.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Sepultra digs a good body shot into Cooter's ribs.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cooter takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Sepultra ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Cooter misses with a takedown
and Sepultra counters with a series of strikes. Cooter will be more careful next time no doubt.

Sepultra lands a head shot.
Cooter dives in for a single leg takedown but Sepultra sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Sepultra tests Cooter's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Damien Sepultra has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Bob Cooter.
Sepultra bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Cooter's head backwards.
Cooter takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Sepultra looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

A shot to the liver by Sepultra. Beautiful body shot.

Damien Sepultra is winning the standup battle so far.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Oooooh!!! Sepultra has knocked Cooter down with a huge combo! Sepultra steps away and waves a wobbly Cooter back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

It looks like Billy Bob Cooter has been cut.
Sepultra lunges at Cooter with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Cooter's hand.
Sepultra avoids the body shot from Cooter.

Sepultra scores with a body shot.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Sepultra scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Cooter has a takedown stuffed.
Nice uppercut lands for Sepultra. That snapped Cooter's head back.
Cooter takes one on the button.
Sepultra getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
It looks like Sepultra has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Sepultra lands with a big left! Cooter is wobbled badly! Sepultra comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Cooter to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Damien Sepultra!
During a confident post fight interview, Damien Sepultra thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
