Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sam Diego (ranked 1132 p4p, 1140 weight class) and Iner Raledran (ranked 171 p4p, 172 weight class). Iner Raledran is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Sam Diego! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 10 - 5 - 1, fighting out of New York, Iner Raledran! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Paul Tew and James Ackerman.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Diego looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Raledran tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Diego counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Raledran scores with the left hand. Diego knows he should have avoided that one. Diego dips to his left and cracks Raledran with an uppercut! Diego throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Raledran sees it coming and avoids it easily. Raledran appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Raledran takes a body punch but keeps moving. Diego cracks Raledran with an open hand slap. Diego connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Good work by Raledran as he checks the leg kick. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Raledran has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Raledran slips a straight right by Diego. Diego dodges the punch combination from Raledran.
That's one minute gone in the round. Diego throws a body punch but Raledran moves out of range. Raledran wants to counter the offense by Diego and move into the clinch position. Raledran tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Sam Diego seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Diego lands an overhand right. Raledran lands a nice shot that snaps Diego's head back.
Diego shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Raledran gets in close and instigates a clinch. Raledran swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Diego breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Raledran turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Diego throws a big shot that misses. Diego misses with an uppercut. Diego misses with a leg kick and Raledran counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Sam Diego has been cut. Raledran uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Diego. Raledran throws out a counter right but Diego avoids it with no problem.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Diego tries to move into range but Raledran moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Diego feints and then cracks Raledran's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Raledran down. Raledran throws a leg kick which misses Diego's front leg but catches the back leg as Diego tries to avoid it. Diego works Raledran's body with a nice hook. Diego looks to throw the jab but Raledran is out of range. Diego misses with an uppercut. Diego lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Raledran loads up on a big right hand but Diego slips the punch. Raledran throws a sloppy head kick and Diego counters with a straight right hand. Raledran takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Raledran misses with a hook. Diego ducked under it nicely. Raledran uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Diego. Raledran ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. It seemed like Raledran was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Diego swings away with a leg kick that misses. A shot to the liver by Diego. Beautiful body shot. A looping hook to the body misses from Diego. Raledran does a little dance to reset his feet. Raledran bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Raledran looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Nice shot lands for Raledran. Raledran throws a head kick but Diego moves out of range.
Diego connects with an inside leg kick. Donk. Raledran catches Diego right on the button with a cross. Diego scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Raledran throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Raledran throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Raledran throws a head kick that misses. Raledran throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Raledran doesn't manage to clinch there - Diego circles away.
Raledran avoids the body shot from Diego.
Raledran throws a counter combo. Diego misses the jab. Raledran throws out a counter right but Diego avoids it with no problem. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Diego looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Raledran lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Diego tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Diego throws a hook but Raledran avoids it easily. Raledran cracks Diego with an open hand slap. Diego connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Diego will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Diego cracks Raledran with a good jab. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sam Diego dominated that round. The cut man is working on Sam Diego's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Diego moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Diego is still looking wobbly from the end of the last round! Sam Diego is winning the standup battle so far. Diego gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Iner Raledran! An out of breath Iner Raledran thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
